Broken,
Beaten,
Mistreated,
Misused,
These words circle around her mind,
Clanging and crashing about,
Tearing a way through,
Crushing her spirit,
Obliterating her soul,
I hate you!
She screams out in the dark,
I hate you, and what you have become,
Her tears fall to the floor,
All she wishes,
All she dreams,
Is for the pain to be no more,
She has her choice,
The razor,
The pills,
The window,
Scared,
Lonely,
Helpless,
And Cold,
These are the feelings he feels inside,
He searched and yearned,
F littered and burned,
But he could never stay,
His heart bleeds,
His mind screams,
His life crumbles,
He is alone,
I hate you!
He Screams in the light,
I hate what you couldn't become,
All he wishes,
All he dreams,
Is for someone to be there,
Someone to see,
He has his choice,
The bottle,
The gun,
Together they stand on the precipice,
Looking into the abyss,
One more moment,
And all could be lost,
She picks up the razor,
He picks up the gun,

Yet so far away,
With a simple flick,
A simple twitch,
They make all the pain,
The suffering,
