So I have a boss that has the ever so pleasant mentality 'you should be damn lucky to have this job because I can replace you with anyone in an instant'. This is never a good mentality in a boss because they tend to treat you like you should be grateful for working somewhere. And generally things go downhill from there.

Well, things went downhill from there. Pretty quickly. Because I'm the night shift she only sees me to lecture me or to chew me out or to write me up for something. Which she tries to do once a week because she wants to tell me that I have room for improvement.

This is never a good mentality in a boss because they tend to treat you like you should be grateful for working somewhere. And generally things go downhill from there.

Well, things went downhill from there. Pretty quickly. Because I'm the night shift she only sees me to lecture me or to chew me out or to write me up for something. Which she tries to do once a week because she wants to tell me that I have room for improvement.

Never mind that she has me handling unlabeled chemicals that have me breaking out in hives and refuses to tell me what said chemicals are when I ask. Never mind that I get chewed out half the time for things that aren't my responsibility but hers. Never mind that she can't bother to even get payroll done on time.

So today I got written up because the juice machine wasn't turned on. I had asked how to turn it on whenever someone turned it off several times in the past and gotten ignored, and told 'I'll tell you later'. That was annoying, but I just shrugged and put up with it. I'm an idiot. Of course I got written up by my boss because my boss refused to tell me how to fix things she keeps disabling.

I only wish someone in this damn town was fucking hiring! I'm sick of putting up with this shit simply because I can't quit because I'm living hand to mouth. It fucking sucks being abused by an employer like this. And, the best part? I do the books every night so I know exactly how much money is going where, and none of it is going to employees.
