Happy fun boss
So I have a boss that has the ever so pleasant mentality 'you should be damn lucky to have this job because I can replace you with anyone in an instant'. This is never a good mentality in a boss because they tend to treat you like you should be grateful for working somewhere. And generally things go downhill from there.

Well, things went downhill from there. Pretty quickly. Because I'm the night shift she only sees me to lecture me or to chew me out or to write me up for something. Which she tries to do once a week because she wants to tell me that I have room for improvement.
