My feelings about Xbox Achievements Just a quick thought the other day about achievements. When I firsrt got the xbox I was all excited about achievements, feeling like I had something to prove. I went and rented silly games to rack up my gamer score...old sports games, King Kong. You know the drill. But I quickly got tired of that and decided that I only would work my achievements into games that I actually LIKED to play. Halo 3, Left4Dead ect. Anywho, I just thought about if Halo 3 or Left4Dead DIDNT have achievements, I would find myself quickly bored and probably shelf the game for months at a time. But if a game has a few difficult achievements (has to be somewhat possilbe though - Seriously 2.0 CMON!) I find myself digging deeper into the game, I feel like I have something to accomplish and show my worth at gaming. Thank you Microsoft for inventing the achievement goodies, it has made gaming much more enjoyable and much more worth while.
