Looking for info on flash design

I'm working on a project with a committee of the Arkansas Bar association to potentially look at developing an educational flash game (target audience late elementary to jr high I think) on Arkansas History/The Arkansas Constitution somewhat similar to the ones already up here which were developed by the Texas Bar.

This is still in its very early stages so I'm mainly looking to get some general information from anyone who's done flash or similar work, what kind of time is involved in something like the above and what market rates might be for work like that.

too late on the forum to be worth posting on there..so a direct response is at least merited.

I didn't say Republicans would raise more or less funds than Obama's re-election campaign; only that it isn't really the right time to be comparing the two as if it were a level field....especially before there is an official nominee.

IMO - Obama isn't going to raise as much as he did last election, he HAS P.O.'d enough on his own party lines to effect that number and people's pocketbooks are hurting...not to mention a lot of the occupy (effectively just an mainstream anti-establishment block) movement and people who support them were more likely to be D supporters than R which should also reduce some of his "grass roots" fundraising. The same general reduction in donations (because of the economy) should hold true for the other side as well, but, Obama has pissed off enough people off on the right AND they have the added drive of removing him from office. Add a few other options out there, if a Mormon gets the nomination, don't think for a minute that the LDS church (through it's membership of course) won't offer up a substantial throw their weight in the pot. Give them their criticism if you will, but they support their own to a degree I wouldn't have thought possible a few years ago. You also have the added factor of the "personhood" of corporations, right now, generically, Obama is NOT pro private industry; if that doesn't effect the totals, I would be absolutely amazed.

Will Obama raise more funds than the R nominee...maybe...possibly...who knows? But to make a comparison before the candidate is even known, isn't really going to be effective.
